Richard Sparkman is the Vice President and has been with Lone Star Commissary for 22 years. He worked in Graphic Design for the Marketing Division of TDCJ.  He has eleven years of experience with the TDCJ Industry Division. Richard’s knowledge of business practices and problem-solving, along with his software knowledge, is essential to the daily success of Lone Star Commissary.  He also has a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business from Sam Houston State University. Richard sat on the Texas Jail Association Board from 2016 through 2018.
